With the advancement of dental materials and
technologies, our country – Iran – has met with dramatic
improvements in dental science. In the last fifteen years,
there has been a revolution in dentistry, and Iranian dentists
and scientists have had a great success in dental practices
and researches where our country can honorably stand globally
and regionally. Meanwhile, Iranian dental Association, with
more than 25'000 dentists and 12 dental associations in
different specialities has been the pioneer to gather all its
members and to link strong ties with other dental associations
all over the globe.
Since IDA marks its 50th annual congress by the upcoming
year, we are going to celebrate this Golden Anniversary with
special events and memorable ceremonies in Tehran on 11 – 14

We have high hopes that this gathering will be the turning
point in exchange of scientific information and ideas among
colleagues, and will expand bilateral relations with other
dental associations worldwide.
We warmly welcome our distinguished and sophisticated

guests and attendances, and make this event an unforgettable
